Refund policy

We want every gift from Cheles Gifts to be a perfect experience. If an item doesn't meet your expectations, we are here to help you get it sorted.

30-Day Return Window

We offer a 30-day return period starting from the date your order is delivered. To be eligible for a refund or exchange, your items must be:

  • Unused and in their original, pristine condition.
  • Returned in the original packaging with all tags attached.
  • Accompanied by proof of purchase or your order confirmation email.
  • Please note: If 30 days have passed since your delivery date, we unfortunately cannot offer a refund or replacement.

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns for:

  • Items with visible wear or damage caused after delivery.
  • Customized or personalized gift items.
  • Clearance or promotional items marked as "Final Sale."
  • Items returned without their original packaging.

The Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will send you an email to let you know if your refund has been approved.

  • If approved: Your refund will be processed back to your original payment method.
  • Timing: It usually takes 10–15 business days for the credit to appear on your statement, depending on your bank.
  • Shipping Fees: Original shipping costs are non-refundable.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

We take great care in packing your gifts, but if we missed a step or a package was damaged in transit, let us know! Please contact us at contact@chelesgifts.com within 48 hours of delivery. Include clear photos of the packaging and the product so we can fast-track a replacement or a full refund for you.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping. However, Cheles Gifts will cover the return shipping costs if the return is due to our mistake, such as:

  • The item arrived damaged.
  • We sent the wrong item.
  • There is a verified manufacturing defect.

Order Cancellations

Need to change your mind? You can cancel or modify your order before it is processed and shipped. Once your order has left our facility, it must follow the standard return procedure.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you have been notified of an approval but don’t see the funds yet:

  1. Check your bank account or credit card statement again.
  2. Contact your financial institution (processing times vary by bank).
  3. If you have done both and still haven't received it, reach out to our team at contact@chelesgifts.com.
