We know that when you are preparing for a special moment, timing is everything. To ensure our gifts reach your front door as quickly and reliably as possible, we ship both within the United States and to international destinations.
Processing & Handling
All orders are processed within 1 business day.
- Dispatch Time: Our team dispatches packages daily at 6:00 PM, Monday through Saturday.
- Note: Orders placed after our cutoff time will be handled the very next business day.
Shipping Times & Coverage
We are proud to serve gift-givers worldwide. Once your order leaves our Baxley, Georgia facility, here is when you can expect it to arrive:
- United States: 3–5 business days.
- International: 6–10 business days.
Free Shipping—Always
We believe the only thing you should be focusing on is your special gift, not extra fees at checkout. We proudly offer free standard shipping on all orders. There are no minimum purchase requirements and no hidden fees.
Order Tracking
As soon as your package is on its way, we will send a tracking number straight to your email. Please give the carrier 24–48 hours to update their system so you can see exactly where your gift is on its journey.
Address Accuracy
Double-check those details! Please ensure your shipping address is 100% accurate at checkout. Cheles Gifts cannot guarantee delivery or offer replacements for orders sent to an incorrect or incomplete address provided during the purchase. If you catch a typo after ordering, contact us immediately at contact@chelesgifts.com.
Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages
Once a package is marked as shipped, the carrier takes the lead. While Cheles Gifts is not responsible for packages that are lost, stolen, or delayed due to carrier issues, we will not leave you hanging. We are happy to help you open a carrier investigation to track down your delivery.
Damaged Deliveries
If your gift arrives in anything less than perfect condition, let us know within 48 hours of delivery. Send a few photos of the damaged packaging and the product to our team at contact@chelesgifts.com, and we will work quickly to make it right.
